Amazon is beginning the new year with a new deal on the Apple M1 iMac. The 8-core GPU/512GB variant is now available for $1,499.99, a decrease from $1,698.

This is the lowest price ever recorded for this version of the 24-inch iMac, and the sale is exclusive to Amazon.

It is available in Pink, Blue, and Green, although the estimated delivery date for Green has been pushed back to February.

The M1 iMacs were released in 2021, and compared to the 21.5-inch model of the previous generation.

The new versions offer up to 85 percent faster CPU speed, two times faster GPU performance, and three times quicker machine learning.

In addition, they include color-coordinated accessories for the keyboard, Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad, power cord, and Lightning to USB-C connector.
