The UAE's Khalifasat satellite, run by the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) Space Center, managed to capture an eerie orbital image of Qatar's Education City Stadium on December.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup is being held in Education City Stadium, and the image was captured by the Emirati-built Khalifasat, which is orbiting 381 miles (613 kilometres) above Earth.
On December 7, the MBR Space Center shared the picture on Twitter(opens in new tab) along with a supportive note for the Moroccan team.
"This image, taken by KhalifaSat, shows the Education City Stadium where Morocco's triumph, which advanced the squad to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 quarterfinals, took place.
Congratulations to the Moroccan team for this historic achievement!," MBR Space Center's tweet reads.
